The other day my mother was asking for help to help her put money in the ATM (like so many people who don't know) and her response was: well, ma'am, I can't go out and help you. Of course she was more busy looking at her phone. That bank is a real shame, of course sympathy and liking are not what any of the girls there have. We will leave this shameful bank, to see if another one treats us better. Thank you, and I hope that none of your relatives have to find themselves in any of these situations because it is very sad that, having people trained to help, they scare away customers in this way.

My card expired and they kept me dizzy for almost 2 weeks until they finally gave me a new one. I had to go to the office up to 4 times, the first time they directly slipped the buck between colleagues and ignored me without checking absolutely nothing. To make matters worse, when they give me the new card I go to try it at the ATM outside and this ATM doesn't work.

I put one star, why doesn't it give me the option to put any. When I was pregnant I came to this bank to pay the national police fees and to be able to deliver them. He told me if I could pay them here, and then he asked me if I was a client and since I wasn't he told me that on Fridays the fees couldn't be paid when there wasn't a single other client in the office. On top of that, I'm not from Ciudad Real and I had to come back another day to deliver the rates. lousy attention
